Sony is to introduce new Cyber-Shot DSC-TX55
|

According to an article (that has been withdrawn in the meantime) on Consumer Reports, Sony will soon introduce a new Cyber-shot model, the DSC-TX55. What sets the TX55 apart is the new digital zoom technology called Clear Image Zoom that, instead of cropping the image, is using a more sophisticated process that includes pixel creation and pattern matching for a clearer and sharper magnified image.
