Canon has posted a complete overview of the PowerShot and EOS digital camera models that can be used with Vista as is. Delivery timeframe Vista-compatible applications will be posted on as

Kodak has not yet published a comprehensive compatibility overview, but on their support pages you can find the compatibility status for each digital camera
Note that most drivers and programs are only compatible with the 32-bits version of Windows Vista.
Drivers and programs for the 64-bits version are still in very short supply.
