In developing the FX2, Panasonic thinned down virtually every major component - lens system, zoom motor, shutter unit, and CCD. This not only makes the FX2 slimmer and smaller than the previous FX5 and FX1, but also adds to its stylish design and lets it fit easily into your pocket.
The FX2 features a 2" diagonal LCD monitor which is surprisingly large for such a compact camera. This high-quality, display makes it easy to see your subject in all conditions.
