Sigma has finally announced the official launch of the Sigma DP1 digital camera. This new camera is a different creation in all respects. The Sigma DP1 is a compact digital camera which features a 14 megapixel Foveon X3 direct image sensor, (2652 × 1768 × 3 layers). It offers five Exposure modes and three Metering modes as well as being equipped with a built-in flash, hot shoe, neck strap and 2.5" LCD monitor with 230,000 pixels. A wide range of accessories, optical viewfinder, Lens Hood, and Electronic Flash is available too...
