Samsung develops world's first 3" VGA quality LCD for digital cameras

Samsung announces that it has developed a 3" LCD panel with VGA (640 x 480 pixels) resolution that directly meets industry interface standards for digital cameras. Digital camera makers use an international standard for cathode ray tube (CRT) TVs that operates at 30Hz.
