Dubai is nowadays standing out in its expansion in the seas and in the skies. The Tameer company - building the perfect human space is an art - is developing a high-rise with 33 levels of commercial office space, and 2 floors dedicated to retail. One facade of the "Podium" will be boasting a 100 meter tall LED screen, visible at a distance of 1.5 kilometers.
