Further to our last month item on flat screen TV, we found an interesting article on another new type of flat screen from Cambridge Flat Projection Displays.
CamFDP, a spin-off from Cambridge University's Department, is working on Wedge® displays, two dimensional flat panel displays that are a few millimeters thick. Large format screens, greater than 50 inches, can be easily and cost effectively fabricated.
