In a brief press release Agfa-Gevaert firmly denies the existence of any plans to sell off its consumer imaging division. Plans to sell off the Consumer Imaging Division were initiated in April of last year when the Board of Management announced that Schroder Ventures showed interest in the take-over of Agfa's photo business.
