Zeiss offers UV and POL filters that are optically & mechanically tailored to the Zeiss lenses and protected against light reflections with the Zeiss T* multi-coating. In addition to the filter function, the front lens element of the lenses provides extra protection against contamination and scratches. With the standard diameters of 58, 67, 72 and 82 mm, they also fit lenses of other manufacturers.
