Sigma announces the new Sigma 17-50mm F2.8 EX DC OS HSM large aperture lens designed for digital SLRs, first introduced at the PMA 2010 in February. The compact lens with a length of 91.8mm (3.6"') features an Optical Stabilization function that offers the use of shutter speeds approximately 4 stops slower.
