Sony introduces a new PDA at the CeBIT, the CLIÉ NR70V. The new handheld has a digital camera on board with a CMOS Image Sensor 320 x 240 resolution. The 320 x 640 Color LCD can be rotated 180 degrees. Memory Sticks upto 128MB are supported for storage.
