Microsoft releases its latest version of the HD Photo file format plug-in for Adobe Photoshop. This new beta version will expire after August 30, 2007. The plug-in is designed for use with Photoshop CS2 or CS3 software running under Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista. Any other use is not supported. HD Photo, also known as Windows Media Photo, is the recently announced file format for still images.
