Microsoft releases the Photo Info plug-in which allows you to add, change "metadata" properties for digital photographs from inside Windows Explorer. Photo Info can be download free of charge and runs on Windows XP and Vista. To use, simply select one or more image files, right-click and choose "Photo Info" to open the Photo Info properties editor.
