In the past week, HP Germany announced the Photosmart M517, a slightly modified version of the 5 megapixel Photosmart M417 that was released last month. The camera has the same 5 megapixel CCD and 3x optical zoom lens, but is equipped with a 32 MB internal memory and an 8x digital zoom (total zoom 24x). Furthermore, the LCD-screen has been increased to 2.0".
