Canon releases firmware version 1.2.1 for the EOS-1D II and version 1.1.1 for the EOS-1Ds II.
Both firmware versions include the following additional functions and improvements:
- Three new languages (Russian, Traditional Chinese, and Korean) added to the camera menus.
- Improvement in communication reliability when using some CF cards.
