Sony Europe introduces the new S-series. Different from the PMA announcement, in Europe Sony announces the DSC-S80 rather than the DSC-S60. Although detailed information is still scarce the major differences seems to be in digital zoom, 2x for the S60 and a 6x Precision Digital Zoom, and Smart Zoom for 10x shooting in VGA mode for the S80.
