Ricoh announces the Caplio R1V, successor to Ricoh's popular Caplio R1. The new Caplio R1V is a powerful 5.0 megapixel digital camera with a 4.8x optical zoom. The camera features an innovative lens retracting system that enables this wide-angle zoom lens to be housed in a 25mm ultra slim, aluminum body.
