Canon has announced their lightest and smallest camera in the successful Powershot S-series, the Powershot SD100, in Europe and Asia known as the Digital IXUS II. In spite of its minute dimensions, the new camera has an 3.2 Megapixel CCD, a 2x optical zoom lens and is driven by Canon's high-performance DIGIC processor.
