Nikon releases firmware update version 1.2 for the Nikon Coolpix 3100.
The firmware update fixes a problem with the battery indicator displaying a low battery condition even though EN-MH1 batteries are still almost fully charged. This firmware upgrade changes the sensing point of the battery level indicator to reflect the true battery charge condition.
