Hidden in Photokina's news flood, Olympus Japan quietly introduces the CAMEDIA X-1 with a 4.3 megapixel CCD and the CAMEDIA X-2 (better known as C-50) with a 5.0 megapixel CCD. Both cameras have 3x optical zoom, support the new xD-picture cards and will be available in November.
