Pentax launches the Optio S1 digital compact camera, designed to be a fashionable, everyday imaging tool in an aluminum alloy extra compact, ultra light body. The camera is equipped with a 14 megapixel image sensor, a 5x optical zoom lens (starting at 28mm wide-angle) with an SR (Shake Reduction) mechanism and a 2.7-inch LCD monitor.
