Nikon releases firmware updates for their Coolpix and DSLR cameras. The firmware update for the Coolpix P100 (version 1.1) offers improvements for distortion control, greenish images in Night landscape scene mode and for several operational issues. Update version 1.1 for the Coolpix S8100 fixes a problem where only the key picture was displayed for a series shot in sequence display mode.
