Canon announces a firmware update for the EOS 5D Mk II, which adds 24 and 25 fps recording. Furthermore, a new histogram display for shooting movies in manual exposure, shutter- and aperture-priority have been added, and exposure modes will also be available in movie mode. Improved audio will allows you to set record levels using a sound-level meter displayed on the LCD display and audio sampling has been increased from 44.1 KHz to 48 KHz.
