Ricoh will release the 1st function-enhancing firmware update for the GR DIGITAL III by December 1. The new functions in this release are the following:
1. External flash GF-1 compatibility
2. Addition of function for playback by date
3. Addition of paging function for multi-frame views
4. Menu paging function
5. Addition of new focus distance when snap selected
6. Addition of "ADJ. ISO direct change" function
