Vivitar branded cameras have risen from the ashes, when Sakar pulled back the curtain at PMA. The Vivitar lineup will include 15 digital cameras - now showing at the revived Vivitar website, video cameras and accessories, all expected to ship in the spring. The new digital cameras are the typical run-of-the-mill models we find today, with the exception of the retro-style 8027 model. Somewhat confusing is the 8400 name for the upgraded - from the 6200W - waterproof model, as one of the original Vivitar cameras already carried that name...More
