Canon Europe and US have released a service notice for their EOS 5D digital SLR cameras.
It has been discovered that, in rare instances, the main mirror of some cameras may detach due to deterioration in the strength of the adhesive.
Canon will repair and reinforce the mirror portion of the affected products free of charge. If you own one of the affected EOS 5D cameras, you should contact Canon's Customer Support Center...More
