Sanyo Japan has announced a 2,1 Mp digital camera, the DSC-MZ2, which has a maximum resolution of 2000 x 1496 pixels (interpolated). As the name suggests, it's the successor of the DSC-MZ1.Apart from a new set of image manipulation algorithms, the most noticeable feature of this DSC-MZ2 is that it manages to record 180 minutes of video on a one Gigabyte storage card !
