Canon introduces two new compact PowerShot Digital ELPH cameras, the SD950 (or Ixus 960) and SD870 (or Ixus 860). The SD950 is equipped with 12.1-megapixel resolution, and a 3.7x optical zoom lens. The SD870 features 8.0-megapixel resolution, and a 3.8x wide-angle optical zoom lens. Both cameras feature the Canon DIGIC III image processor, Optical image Stabilization, Red-Eye Correction, and Face Detection technology.
