Leica announces firmware update version 1.107 for their M8 digital camera. The accompanying documentation states that "The changes within the firmware version allow Leica Camera an even saver and more efficient production process. Furthermore, by modification of internal procedures, optimization of the general image reproduction and the functional features of the Leica M8 has been accomplished."
