Pentax announces an upgraded version of the K100D digital SLR camera, named K100D "Super". This new digital SLR features a CCD Dust Removal and is fully compatibility with all SDM lenses. From its predecessor, the camera inherits the 6.1 Mp CCD, 11-point autofocus, and 16 segment multi-pattern metering. With the K100D Super Pentax delivers a full-featured, advanced SLR at a very reasonable price. At US $599.95, the K100D Super with 18-55mm lens will ship in August 2007.
