Minox Germany announces the DC 7011, a compact entry level digital camera with a 7 megapixel image sensor and a 2.5 inch LCD monitor. Seven megapixel models seem to become the trend these days, as almost all manufacturers have recently launched one or more seven megapixel models. Until now we've seen a steady growth to 8 and 10 megapixel models and maybe the reality is sinking in, that is not what the consumers are waiting for.
