Panasonic announces the 7.2-megapixel FX30, featuring a new 28 mm wide-angle, 3.6x optical zoom Leica DC VARIO-ELMARIT lens. Panasonic collaborated with Leica to create this compact lens to achieve the 22.0 mm body profile, the world's slimmest for a camera with a 28 mm wide-angle zoom lens.
