Samsung announces a second digital SLR model for 2006 the GX-1L an entry-level, six-megapixel model. The digital SLR camera, jointly developed with partner Pentax, features Schneider optics in a compact, lightweight, easy-to-hold body. The GX-1L will be available as a body only, or bundled with the D-XENON lens as a kit. For added convenience the GX-1S can be used with many Pentax DSLR lens and KAF2 and KAF mount lenses.
