Sony launches the DSC-T9, a 6 Mp follow-on to the 5 Mp DSC-T5. The new T9 features a spacious 2.5-inch LCD monitor, 3x build-in optical zoom, and optical image stabilization. Sony is the first manufacturer to incorporate a lens-shift optical image stabilizer into a camera with a folded-path lens system.
