Moose Peterson is a Nikon Legend Behind the Lens, a Lexar Elite Photographer and recipient of the John Muir Conservation Award, Research Associate with the Endangered Species Recovery Program. He is the author of 23 books and is lecturing across the country to thousands upon thousands of photographers.
This website specializes in photographing California's rare, sensitive and endangered wildlife and wild places. The goal of our the work is to preserve the wild heritage. The editor hopes, in teaching the needed biological and technological skills to other photographers, that they too can capture the same type of images as he does. In this way, there are more and more individuals working towards educating the public through photography about our wild heritage.
