Sanyo LP-WXU700 Wireless Wide Portable LCD Projector

Sanyo introduces the high-speed, wireless Wide XGA LCD projector, the LP-WXU700. This projector is able to stream video via its "Video Streaming Function" across the wireless LAN. With its embedded Windows CE 6.0, it allows easier projection utilizing Windows Vista Network Projector Function. While compact and lightweight, it boasts the brightest projection of its class at 3,800 lumens through a new 3LCD Optical Engine. SANYO Electric Co., Ltd. today introduces the industry's first *1 IEEE802.11n *2 high-speed, wireless Wide XGA LCD projector, the LP-WXU700. The projector is able to stream video via its “Video Streaming Function” *3 across the wireless LAN, allows easier projection utilizing Windows Vista® Network Projector Function, and offers incredible value as the brightest of its class*4 while still offering Wide XGA projection, among a host of other features. The LP-WXU700 will start being sold in Japan from June 19, 2009, targeting use at offices or schools.

This projector and a host of other models will be on display in Orlando, Florida at “InfoComm 2009”, to be held from June 17 to 19, 2009.
