Canon and Casio have released new firmware updates
|
Canon releases Rebel XS / 1000D firmware 1.0.7 that fixes a rare phenomenon in which "Cannot create folder" is displayed on the camera's LCD monitor, after which shooting is no longer possible with the SD card in your camera.
Casio releases a firmware update for the TRYX / Tr100 that adds a LED light mode,an icon to for switching to PLAY mode, a function for displaying the remaining shots and changes to the REC. Furthermore, firmware to improve connection with Mac OS9 is available for the EX-H20G, the EX-ZR100 and the EX-ZR10...

Casi0 releases a firmware update for the TRYX / Tr100 that offers these improvements:
• Adds an LED light [Auto] mode.
• Adds an icon to the REC mode screen for switching to the PLAY mode.
• Changes the REC icon and PLAY icon designs.
• Adds a function for displaying the remaining number of shots and movie recording time.
• Improves connection with Mac OS9.
Furthermore, a firmware update that improves connection with Mac OS9 is available for the EX-H20G, the EX-ZR100 and the EX-ZR10
