Ricoh releases Caplio R5 firmware update version 1.60
|

Ricoh releases yet another firmware update, version 1.60, for the Caplio R5 model. This new firmware update provides the support for SD High Capacity memory cards up to 4 Gigabyte. Additionally, this update will correct some problem with the system stability when data is written on an SD card. The problem had already been addressed in the firmware updates versions 1.44 and 1.53, but apparently with little success. As the saying goes: Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, but three times...
