PRAKTICA DC50 – Style in every situation

With this camera you will always display style. Whether you are going to the theatre, at family parties or at sport events – the Praktica DC 50 stands for elegance with a slight touch of noblesse. The special shaped body contains cutting-edge technology for astonishing picture results.

Already the 2.0“ TFT screen gives way for a full-size view on the image you would like to take. The reason for the exceedingly good picture quality is a 5.36 mega pixels CCD sensor. Every single pixel catches the image information with 24 bit colour depth and that way brings your pictures to life. Through interpolation you are even able to take pictures with a resolution of 7 mega pixels instead of the real built-in 5 mega pixels.

Another highlight is the integrated video mode that lets you capture video clips in either 640x480 or 320x240 resolution with optional 15 or 24 frames per second.

But what happens, if you would like to print-out your pictures on your home printer? No problem. All you need is a Pict-Bridge able printer that allows you to directly connect the camera to it. Print-outs are only one fingertip away.

The focal length is 5.85 mm and with exposure times ranging from 8 to 1/1000 seconds and exposure values set up between +/- 2.0 images can be adapted manually as well. The Praktica DC 50 uses standard alkaline batteries or Ni-MH rechargeable batteries and distinguishes itself by a low energy consumption. The already built-in 16 MB memory can be extended with additional SD cards.

PRAKTICA DCZ6.2 – A multimedia giant

Cool but nonetheless beautiful the latest model of Praktica – the DCZ 6.2 – glides out of its pouch and the harmonically formed design glitters in the sun. This small body houses high-end technology which inspires nearly everyone to test the bounds of creativity.

Faster than lightening the 2.0“ TFT monitor starts to blink, ready to capture the image in front of it. With six million pixels on a 1/2.5” CCD sensor not a single picture information gets lost. Even the most filigree details will be saved and displayed razor-sharp afterwards.

Another two highlights are the built-in video and MP3 mode. With resolutions of 640x480 or 320x240 and either 15 or 24 frames per second, this multimedia giant lets you create video clips that can be played immediately. Together with the MP3 player there is no way for boredom.

But what happens, if you would like to print-out your pictures on your home printer? No problem. All you need is a Pict-Bridge able printer that allows you to directly connect the camera to it. Print-outs are only one fingertip away.

The focal length rages from 5.8 to 17.4 mm and with exposure times ranging from 2 to 1/1000 seconds and exposure values set up between +/- 2.0 images can be adapted manually as well. The Praktica DC 50 uses standard alkaline batteries or Ni-MH rechargeable batteries and distinguishes itself by a low energy consumption. The already built-in 16 MB memory can be extended with additional SD cards.
