Pentax Europe announces the 5 megapixel Optio 50L
|

Pentax Europe launches the compact Optio 50L, a 5 megapixel, 3x optical zoom digital camera to step into the wonderful world of digital photography. Compared to the Optio 50, the new Optio 50L lacks an optical viewfinder but in stead of a 1.8 inch LCD, it features a spacious 2.5 inch monitor. The Optio 50L will be available in December with a price tag of 225 Euro. In the past Pentax used to add the "L" suffix to models with Less features for a Lower price, but in this case neither seems to be true...
