Olympus releases firmware update version 1.2 for the E-500
|
Olympus has released the second firmware update, version 1.2, for the E-500.
This update adds a new menu function to exchange functions of AEL/AFL button.
Furthermore, the update improves the E-500's exposure precision when using built-in flash with the following Sigma Four Thirds system lenses: the 18-50mm F3.5-5.6 DC, the 18-125mm F3.5-5.6 DC and the 55-200mm F4-5.6 DC...

Olympus E-500 Firmware Version 1.2 has incorporated the following upgrade: Modification

Upgrade history E-500 Firmware Version 1.1 has incorporated the following upgrade. - [8SEC[ was added to the [BUTTON TIMER] menu. - [OFF] was added to the [FUNCTION] menu.
- Warning, both RAW and JPEG files are deleted when [ERASE SELECTED] is executed when the settings are changed on the [RAW + JPEG ERASE] menu.
- Incorrect values for the Danish were handled. |
