PRESS RELEASE

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, March 2, 2003 – Concord Camera Corp. announced its plans to introduce a new cutting edge digital camera featuring a proprietary folded optics design: the 3 Megapixel Concord Eye-Q 3340z, is designed for customers seeking a compact and sleek digital camera that offers exceptional picture quality.

The camera is equipped with a 3x optical zoom and a 4x digital zoom. The non-protruding lens allows the camera to keep its small form factor while still offering a 3x optical zoom and is ideal for active customers who want to capture memories anytime and anywhere. “Concord Camera Corp. focuses on developing advanced technologies that will enhance the digital camera user's experience. The proprietary folded optics in the Concord Eye-Q 3340z is designed to meet the needs of more and more users who demand optical zoom technology and high quality image reproduction without the bulk associated with traditional optical zoom cameras,” stated Urs Stampfli, Senior Vice President and Director of Global Sales & Marketing at Concord Camera Corp.

Advanced Features
The Concord Eye-Q 3340z is designed with an advanced optical system that produces maximum quality images that are ideal for printing and sharing. The 3x optical zoom system utilizes 12 glass elements, and combined with the 4x digital zoom provides a total 12x zoom magnification that allows users to compose sharp, high contrast scenes. The camera is designed around a 3 Megapixel Charge-Coupled Device (“CCD”) sensor for high resolution images. It offers five flash modes: auto, fill-in, night mode, red-eye reduction and flash off, to ensure that pictures are adequately lit. Preset auto exposure and white balance accurately capture pictures in all settings, including fireworks, night, indoor, sunset and beach or snow scenes. The user also has the flexibility to manually select white balance for different illuminations, for accurate color reproduction in any lighting condition.

The user interface is both intuitive and user-friendly making the picture taking experience fun and simple. More complex options are easily accessed in the user interface enabling optimal results for even a novice digital camera user. The camera is equipped with auto focus and the 1.5” color TFT Liquid Crystal Display (“LCD”) conveniently and clearly displays the flash and battery status, the frame counter and the focus mode.
