The line's entry-level PowerShot A430 digital camera has a four-megapixel CCD image sensor and a 4x optical zoom (compared with the A410 digital camera's 3.2 megapixel resolution and 3.2x optical zoom). Its movie mode also includes sound and maintains an ISO equivalent setting range of 50 to 400. The A430 is equipped with a 1.8-inch LCD screen.
